Une passion pour le vin ...

C'est dans la petite parcelle de vigne de mes arrières grands-parents que mon attrait pour le vin à commencé. De ces moments en famille, j'ai gardé les goûts et les odeurs, et un amour des moments de partage et de convivialité, passés autour d'une table ou d'un verre. Quelques années plus tard, je décide finalement d'en faire mon métier. Après des études en communication culturelle, je me suis tournée vers le vin et la sommellerie, avec la volonté de partager les histoires et les paysages qui se cachent dans les bouteilles.

... mêlée aux embruns de la mer,

Bouteilles est un projet à mon image, qui rassemble mes compétences et mes passions. Et ce qui me passionne dans la sommellerie, c'est à la fois
la découverte des vins, des terroirs, des vigneron.nes, mais surtout la création d'une symbiose avec des plats : c'est un espace de créativité et
de savoir-faire infini et passionnant. C'est ainsi que Matthieu, 4ème génération de poissonnier de la Poissonnerie Aderhold, avons choisi de collaborer afin de créer des expériences gustatives iodées et conviviales !

Avant de me destiner à la sommellerie, c'est la médiation culturelle que j'avais choisi comme métier, avec l'ambition d'imaginer des projets et des dispositifs capables de créer du lien entre des oeuvres d'art et des publics. Au fil de mon parcours, j'ai réalisé que je pouvais aussi penser ces mêmes projets pour la gastronomie et l'art des accords. Accompagnée par Sandrine Lucas, je développe ainsi des projets de médiation autour du goût, pour les petits et les grands, allant de la crèche, aux EHPAD en passant par les écoles maternelles et primaires.
